Our mission is to provide technical, non-technical and higher education at very affordable charges to every group of society in Urban & Rural areas of India. RGCSM plan to promote Computer Literacy to every nook and corner of the society through Our Authorized Learning Centers. RGCSM wants to spread computer literacy across the country. It is expected to achieve 100 percent Computer literacy by 2020. The uniqueness of the organization lies in its reach to the grassroots level, which also provides excellent opportunity and growth.

Today lots of problems faced by institutes such as lack of experienced and skilled teachers (faculties), lack of standard text-books, unavailability of good computer labs, lack of national recognized certificate and scarcity of placement avenues. RGCSM decided for some social responsibility to provide franchise of computer center at very low cost and minimum royalty to all such unorganized computer centers. This RGCSM decision is going to take a part of a creation of an excellent computer saksharta environment. RGCSM provides very easy and affordable criteria for taking franchise of computer center.
